Sales
Protech’s Sales Representatives are responsible for working closely with qualified prospects to identify the solution that best meets their needs based on a thorough understanding of their business processes. The Sales team is energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about helping associations find solutions that optimizes their productivity and member service.
.NET Developers
Protech’s .NET Developers work, independently or in small teams, directly with end users to gather requirements and build appropriate solutions or modifications while also following guidelines and standards set forth by the existing corporate development efforts. Our Developers also have basic testing and documentation/training skills to support the efforts that go along with application projects as they are completed.
Project Managers
Project Managers are responsible for managing the successful deployment and implementation of our customer contract deliverables. They are the primary manager of resources, communication, and scheduling both internally and externally to complete a project. Responsibilities of Project Managers include performing project gap analysis, preparing project timelines, scheduling resources, holding status meetings, customer acceptance, and quality assurance follow-up.
Customer Support
Our Customer Support team is dedicated to maintaining the utmost level of satisfaction amongst our customers. Team members are in direct communication with our customers and are responsible for ensuring all customer support cases are resolved in a timely manner. They are also responsible for preparing Professional Services estimates and providing recommendations on future product direction based on feedback from our customers.
Solution Consultants
Protech’s Solution Consultants help ensure successful implementation of Protech’s solutions by evaluating business rules from our clients and translating them to our applications’ configuration. Solution Consultants are also responsible for testing application configurations and custom reports to ensure that expected results are achieved and that our clients’ applications “work the way their organization works.”
