Kappa Delta Pi

Kappa Delta Pi (KDP) is an International Honor Society in Education headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, with over 550 Chapters throughout the United States. KDP was using a membership management system that did not allow them to effectively access and utilize member information. Their system lacked database integration with their website, and their Chapters were unable to access and input member information. CRM for Members gives them access to membership information at the Chapter level, facilitates member self-service, has improved member communication, and helped increase member retention.

National Association of Enrolled Agents

The National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) provides 11,000 tax professionals with continuing education and other services. Based in Washington, DC, the association has 13 employees. NAEA wanted a better way to track members' activity and allow members to view and update their own data in an integrated management and customer service solution.
