Protech Support Programs
Protech offers three different service plans to meet your post-implementation support needs. New customers
are automatically enrolled in our Professional service plan for the first year. The Professional plan is designed
to cover your business’ support requirements as you implement your new software solution and start live processing.
After the first anniversary of your software purchase, you can renew, upgrade, downgrade, or discontinue your
service plan according to your business needs. Your service plan renewal notification will include information about
your current plan, as well as options and updates to the service plan benefits.
Standard
Intended for small organizations with less complex application support requirements, the Standard plan provides access to
essential support benefits for a low annual fee. You may upgrade this plan as necessary if your support requirements
increase.
Professional
Designed with the medium sized organization in mind, the Professional plan includes all of the benefits of the Standard
plan, plus additional services. Most customers select this plan for the first year of their software purchase, however you
have a choice to select any level of service plan. The Professional plan provides coverage for customers that have more complex
business application requirements, comprehensive breadth of solutions, and CRM for Members integration with their web-site or
accounting system.
Enterprise
Intended for businesses with dynamic and extensive application requirements, Protech’s premier service plan offers
the highest level of support. The Enterprise plan is for any customer with comprehensive support or training requirements,
custom application development plans, or extensive accounting, website and commerce integration.
Microsoft Support Programs
Microsoft Service Plan benefits can range from foundation and self-support resources to personalized account management.
Support resources within tiered plans include support calls, training, anytime access to a technical and support portal,
access to enhancements and updates, varied levels of support calls, and more. When you need personalized, one-to-one support,
Microsoft Dynamics CRM software support professionals can handle most requests immediately. In addition, when an on-the-spot answer
isn’t available, guaranteed response times include a higher priority for customer issues. Protech can help you
